Energize your day with a workout before work

Barre3 is the modern evolution of the barre workout and combines yoga, Pilates, and ballet. Every workout includes an isometric hold, controlled one-inch movements, and functional large range of motion. This three-step sequence is designed to burn fat, build strength, and improve posture. Taught by the experts from barre3.

No equipment or registration is necessary; bringing a water bottle is encouraged.

Rain call will be made the night before by 10pm.

Ola!

Bryant Park speaks Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese with instruction by inlingua. Learn a new language in these standalone beginner classes. Classes are not cumulative, so you may attend any class throughout the season without needing to play catch up.

Registration is required, and opens one week before each class date. Please email inlinguainBryantPark@inlingua.com to reserve a spot. 20 student capacity per class. Attendance limited to one class for each language offered.

Dana Trixie Flynn is a "teacher's teacher," celebrated for her uplifting, innovative and soulful Lotus Flow Yoga and her raw and generous spirit. Known as the "Janis Joplin of Yoga," Dana is inspired daily by the beautiful community at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC and BK - home for devotion, discipline, and community. This year marks Dana's 25th year of practicing yoga, and she feels blessed beyond belief.

What is your cancellation policy?
Tours will continue as scheduled in light rain, but will be cancelled in heavy rain or inclement weather.

Teaching Artist provides expert instruction in drawing, taking inspiration from the architecture, monuments, and people in Bryant Park. Learn basic drawing techniques including line, composition, shading, and depth.

Pencils, eraser, paper, and drawing board provided. Sessions are non-cumulative.

Lessons are capped at 15 participants, and registration is required.

Dan Nevins shares his story of service on and off of the battlefield, and the life lessons he has learned, as a bilateral below the knee amputee. His story of how meditation and yoga rescued him from darkness continues to be his leading source of inspiration to help lead fellow wounded warriors to their yoga mats. Dan feel strongly about the life changing power of yoga and devotes most of his time to teaching yoga, leading “Take Off Your Legs” yoga workshops, teacher training weekends and master classes at every opportunity.
