Join us for a special performance before Thursday Yoga!

Hoop Vinyasa weaves hula hoop dance with vinyasa yoga. In the practice, the hoop becomes a tool for a stronger physical and mental yoga practice, and yoga becomes a tool for a great control and balance in hooping.

The performers: Minty Atherton, Jewels Ziff Sint, Sara D’Angelo, Maria Valentin and Shelley Lynn White are excited to come together with their varied backgrounds in Hooping, Yoga, Modern Dance and various other circus flow arts to perform their piece "EMERGE and FLY".

The performance illustrates individual awakening through courage and self belief, to reveal our authentic selves that spark and inspire positive change in others around us.

Please join us for a special performance of HOOP VINYASA by MoveMint prior to class at 5:40pm. Click here for more details!

Today's instructor, Stefanie Eris, exhale's national yoga director, first discovered yoga while she was studying theater as a way to find neutral in the body and mind. Stefanie’s vinyasa flow classes are heavily focused on breath, sweat, alignment, rhythm, and repetition. At her core, she is on a mission to help others to turn inward, learn to love whatever they find inside, then extend that love back out into the world, and be of service to others. Each one. Teach one.

RSVP online at http://yoga.bryantpark.org. Walk-ins are welcome as well.
