Energize your day with a workout before work

Barre3 is the modern evolution of the barre workout and combines yoga, Pilates, and ballet. Every workout includes an isometric hold, controlled one-inch movements, and functional large range of motion. This three-step sequence is designed to burn fat, build strength, and improve posture. Taught by the experts from barre3.

No equipment or registration is necessary; bringing a water bottle is encouraged.

Rain call will be made the night before by 10pm.
