Energize your day with a workout before work

Join Bryant Park FitClub for a variety of fitness classes that jump start your day. Held Mondays and Wednesdays, before work, these free, open-to-the-public classes have something for everyone. Build them into your daily routine for a more energized, toned, healthier you! Rain or shine.

Bryant Park FitClub is a great complement to our Tai Chi programming (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30am to 8:30am)--you can exercise your mind and body every day!

The Tables open for special hours in celebration of Winter Carnival.

Test your ping pong skills at one of two state-of-the-art tables. Paddles and balls are provided free of charge. Sign up with an attendant in the park to reserve a time slot.

 

We're putting a wintery twist on a summer park classic. Step on up and try your hand at mini-golf -- on ice!

If you make a hole-in-one, you win a FastPass for VIP admission to the Rink!

Line will form on eastern edge of ice rink. Skates not permitted - shoes only. One hole-in-one attempt per person per day. Do not go through the Skating Pavilion to access this activity. Open Skating will be available on the rest of the Rink as usual.

Directed by Hamilton Clancy

The Drilling Company presents world premieres of short 10-15 minute new plays by veteran writers about climate change and global warming. Is it real or a hoax? Come to the Theater Tent for a play or two, or more - one starts just about every 15 minutes.

Since 1999, the Drilling Company has created the annual Short Play Projects which features new commissions about something topical and includes talented authors such as Will Eno (Pulitzer Prize finalist for Thom Pain, Broadway: The Realistic Joneses,), Vincent Delaney (Heidemann Award winner), Allison Moore (Playwrights’ Center Jerome Fellow), Molly Rice (Rattlestick, Public Theater), and Trish Harnetiaux (MacDowell Colony Fellow, Yaddo Fellow).

The Drilling Company is also well known for its Shakespeare in the Parking Lot and for initiating Bryant Park Shakespeare with Hamlet in May 2014. And the Company will be bringing more Shakespeare to Bryant Park this summer.

Sweep sweep sweep! We'll have professional instructors and equipment on hand to teach you how to play this classic oddball winter sport.


Line will form on eastern edge of ice rink. Skates not permitted - shoes only. Do not go through the Skating Pavilion to access this activity. Open Skating will be available on the rest of the Rink as usual.

 

Add some competition to your regular table tennis game in our fun single-elimination, bracket-style tournaments. The winning team will receive a pair of FastPass tickets, good for VIP admission to the Rink!

Pre-registration is required. You may register as an individual; you will be paired with another individual registrant at the attendant's discretion.

On-site registration will open at 2:30pm if space allows. Please check-in with attendant when you arrive for the tournament. We will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Registration will close, and spots will be turned over to wait-listed registrants, beginning at 3:20pm.

USATT ranked players with a rating of 2000 or higher are not eligible to play.

Skate like it's winter, dress like it's summer!

Cowabunga! We're shrugging off our coats and embracing the winter weather with Winter Village's first-ever Summer Skate.

Throw on a Hawaiian shirt (over your sweater if you must), a straw hat, and sunglasses and join us for a spin around the ice to classic summer tunes from decades past. Costumes strongly encouraged. If you dare... wear your bathing suit!

Admission is free, as always! Skate rentals priced as normal.

This free outdoor dance party will have you shaking off the winter chill while onlookers wonder what the heck you're doing...because the music can only be heard through headphones!

We'll provide the headphones and a DJ playing kid-friendly pop tunes... you dance like crazy! Our friendly park mascot, Flaubert Frog, will be on hand to greet his fans and get the party started!

Kids of all ages and their parents are welcome. Free admission. No pre-registration necessary. Parents must leave an ID, credit card, or something with your name on it for each pair of headphones checked out. Dress for the weather - we'll be outside! No bag/coat/stroller check available.In the unlikely event that you lose a pair of headphones checked out to you, you will be charged a $35 replacement fee onsite.

We'll provide the headphones and have 3 DJs spinning 3 different genres live: Top 40/EDM, 80s and 90s hits, and Motown/Doo-wop/Oldies. Switch between channels as often as you like! Your headphones will glow to show everyone what you're listening to.

All ages are welcome; cash bar onsite for those 21+. Must show valid ID to obtain wristband for purchasing alcohol.

KID'S SILENT DISCO
Too wild for the little ones? We'll be hosting a Kid's Silent Disco from 3pm - 5pm beforehand - no pre-registration necessary!
