Annual Board Meeting

The annual joint meeting of the Directors and Members of the Bryant Park Corp. and Bryant Park Management Corp. will be held at 3:30pm Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Durst Organization, One Bryant Park at 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue, 48th Floor.

BPC/BPMC staff will review the accomplishments of 2009, discuss plans for 2010, and review financial information. District members will be eligible to vote if registered as a 2009 member. If you need a 2009 Member Registration form, please download it here, or call Barbara Brookhart at (917) 438-5128. The meeting is open to the public.

If you are a property owner, or a resident, commercial or retail tenant of the Bryant Park Business Improvement District, and want to become more involved in park operations by becoming a Board member, fax a letter stating your interest and background to the attention of BPC President Dan Biederman, at (212) 719-3499.
