This handy guide makes it easy to plan your child's birthday party. Just choose from our three fun party packages, fill out the party reservation form on this page, and click Submit. Then relax, because we'll do the rest of the work.

If you prefer to customize your own party, Fete Picnic is the ideal plan.
The basic package consists of these elements:
- Unlimited rides on Le Carrousel for one hour during regular hours of operation
- Use of party space adjacent to Le Carrousel
- Set up of tables, chairs, and umbrellas
Client to provide, if desired:
- Food & beverage
- All paper goods (napkins, plates, plastic utensils, table covers, decorations, party candles, etc.)
- Cake
- Party favors
Cost: $30 per child, $360 minimum

Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee a confirmation; one of our representatives will contact you within the next business day to confirm your party arrangements.
Policies and Regulations
- There is a $100 non-refundable reservation fee - payable by personal check, money order, or credit card.
- Please note that the method used to pay your deposit will be the same method used to pay the balance.
- Balance of payment is due prior to the start of the party.
- In case of inclement weather, you party may be rescheduled subject to the operating schedule of Le Carrousel.
- Parties that exceed 50 guests require a permit from NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. An additional $50 charge for the permit fee is paid by the client.
Our Le Carrousel party planner will submit the permit application to the Dept. of Parks and Recreation on your behalf. - Bryant Park will provide one person on the premises for your celebration.
- Bryant Park staff is not responsible for behavior of children.
- For safety reasons, adequate supervision must be provided at all times. Bryant Park recommends one adult per seven children.
- Balloons and styrofoam products are not permitted in Bryant Park.
- Bryant Park supplies litter bags to collect party debris.
- Client is responsible for removal of all party debris.
All other requests, such as special decorations, flowers, special entertainment, birthday cakes, clowns, and any supplies not included in the three Le Carrousel party packages are to be paid for by the individual booking the party.
